Agreements and Policies

You are agreeing to the following policies when you schedule an appointment with Deneen:

Payment is due in full, prior to your appointment.
Payment is managed by PayPal with their third party policies stated here.
Sessions canceled by you within 24 hours of your appointment time are nonrefundable.
Disclaimer: Sessions are designed and implemented as supportive to your energy body's wellbeing, NOT to be used in place of medical assessment or treatment; psychological counseling; legal advisement; financial recommendations or counsel. Energy work promotes harmony and balance within, relieving stress and supporting the body‘s natural ability to heal. Energy work is widely recognized as a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care. While all of the holistic modalities offered by Deneen are gentle, complementary energy-based approaches, there may be risks. All sessions are confidential. Any details you share with her remain private unless it is clear that harm may occur to yourself or others. At that time, she will consult with you (the client) to determine who is the best person or organization to contact in order to maintain safety for all.
Deneen will always do her best to provide honest, respectful and heart centered communication.
She will always do her best to provide a sacred, safe and nonjudgmental environment.
Deneen commits to continuing her education, skill development and knowledge in order to continue offering quality services.
Should Deneen need to cancel your appointment for any unforeseen circumstance, your session is fully transferrable to another date and time of your choosing or a complete refund of your payment if preferred.
